HERE'S MY STORY
i've had a terrible past year:
- january to march, i was off work and could barely stand with all the ligaments and tendons fucked in my left foot.
- april to june, i had a knee injury.
- after recovery, in july i had my heart broken real bad... that one was the worst. hurt the most and hindered me the most.
so here is my blog. to dedicate myself to my recovery and my rise from the ashes. to get into shape. to motivate. journey with me :)

I want to lose weight and tone up as quickly as possiable but I find running not enjoyable and for years when I eat vegetables they make me sick is there any food which can help me lose weight and are good for me and also a sport which allows me to start off not very good at it but enjoyable?

i would recommend trying tennis … it can be slow-starting and no one is very good initially, but once you get into it and learn, it’s a full-body workout … or even find a pool to do some laps in… otherwise i suggest a bicycle and peddle around :)

as for food, there is no magic cure - you’re going to have to eat healthy and that doesn’t mean your vegetables… that is actually quite minor in health (although it’s the carbohydrates that are great in them) … but try this:

- buy whey protein (if affordable)  i use BIO X but anything works … make sure it’s WHEY though, no bulkers … have 3 shakes a day… breakfast, afternoon, before bed … with that just have light carbs (rye bread with peanut butter and a banana)

for dinner, eat what you want within proportion - don’t worry about if it’s exceedingly healthy or not… just limit the size amount. i think you’ll notice a significant difference if you eat that way and do some form of exercise a day … even push ups/sit ups each day will be sufficient.
